The Soul Inspirit method is a holistic approach to spiritual wellness that has three steps.

1. You begin with movement to stimulate energy flow within your body. Through yoga-based postures, energetic knots stored from experiences & trauma are broken up.

2. You are guided through a meditation/visualization to discover where this emotion was physically stored and recall the experience associated with it. The negative emotions that created the emotional block within you are then separated from the memory. You keep the memory and wisdom from it and move forward EMPOWERED from the healing.

3. The last step is creating without inhibition. Whether with just paper & pencil or canvas and paints, you RELEASE whatever emotions have moved through you and use the experience as information to your artwork. Guidance is provided to help release what is needed. This artwork serves as a tangible piece of your transformation.

100% yes! These practices are about feeling, not performing. They are designed to be accessible to ALL bodies-- big, small, short, tall, young, refined, soft, and defined. Summer provides modifications to ensure you are moving safely.
